1. Ownership and Copyright

All content, images, and materials on www.sumudcollective.com belong to Sumud Collective and are protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website. We reserve the right to decline or modify an order if incorrect information has been provided or if there is a record of non-payment.

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, minor variations in color and design may occur. Sumud Collective is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or stock availability changes. In the event of an incorrect price, we will notify the customer before processing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe provided on the product page. If a delivery is delayed beyond 30 business days, the customer has the right to cancel the order for a full refund. Customers will receive tracking details upon dispatch.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim, or rejection by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

5. Returns and Refunds

As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with proof of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund where applicable. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving an item, provided the item has not been used or altered. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any returned item must be in its original condition and packaging. Personalized or print-on-demand items are not eligible for withdrawal.

7. Warranty and Complaints

Some of our products may come with a limited warranty, which covers original manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from misuse, modifications, or external factors. Any complaints regarding defective products must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue.

8. Force Majeure

Sumud Collective is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, war, government restrictions, and disruptions in communication or transportation networks.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting our customer service team. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authority in other countries.
