At Sumud Collective, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to provide clarity on how we handle quality issues, lost shipments, and order discrepancies. Please review the details below before making a purchase.
1. Quality Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through Sumud Collective. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will investigate the issue to find a solution.
If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible. If a replacement order is not feasible, or if you prefer a refund, please let us know when reaching out.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged or defective.
The item received is not what was ordered.
The order is lost in transit and does not arrive.
Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or mistakes made during order placement. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
3. Color Consistency
While we strive for consistency in print quality, minor color variations may occur due to differences in printing machines, paper types, and environmental factors. These variations fall within acceptable industry tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
4. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Contact us at sumudcollective@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide a clear photo of the issue along with your order number.
We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution (refund or replacement).
5. Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will arrange for a replacement order to be shipped to you.
6. Returned Orders
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Orders that are returned to the sender due to incorrect addresses, rejection by the recipient, or unclaimed shipments will be safely disposed of. If you need to reorder, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order. However, for unclaimed shipments, you can place a new order and contact us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (shipping costs still apply).
7. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed, as they go into production immediately.
